Return Timeframes

Merchandise (non-book items): Eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Books: Eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns

Items must be in original condition with all tags and/or packaging.

A receipt or invoice is required for in-person refunds.

Returns without a receipt may be approved for exchange or store credit at the manager’s discretion, based on current item value.
Refund Methods

Merchandise: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Books: Eligible for store credit only (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear on your credit or debit card after the return is processed.
Exceptions

Graduation Regalia: Final sale, however, we’re happy to offer a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Textbooks, coursepacks, and lab manuals: Final sale, unless the course is dropped within the first 4 weeks of the term and you provide proof of withdrawal.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
